Organizational Chart: The organizational structure of the academy consists of two departments: Academic and administrative.

A - Academic structure:
It consists of:
1 ـ the boss: He heads administrative affairs, the scientific council, and the teaching staff.

2 ـ Scientific Council: It is supervised by the Scientific Affairs Supervisor
The Scientific Council consists of full-time professors at the Academy, in addition to associate professors, and it also seeks the assistance of some specialized professors from outside the Academy.
The Scientific Council is specialized in the following:
• Considering the means of scientific planning and organization.
• Planning study programs.
• Approving scientific curricula and activities and working to develop them.
• Establishing scientific systems and regulations.
• Approval of examination results.
• Granting academic degrees
• Approval of the research and publishing policy.

3 ـ Teaching staff: It consists of experts, professors, and collaborators who are senior specialists in the various scientific branches related to the academy’s programs.

4 ـ Guidance and Supervision Department: Specializes
- The secretariat of the Scientific Council is responsible for implementing its decisions.
- Maintaining academic records for the academy
- And extracting academic degrees
- Follow up on admission procedures and grant distribution
- Setting lecture schedules.
- Organizes examination work.
- Follow up attendance and absence

5 ـ Research and Publishing Department: The department is generally concerned with
- Supporting the dissemination of the Arabic language, conducting research, and developing methods for teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers.
- Implementing programs for preparing curricula and books
- Preparing dictionaries
- Holding courses and seminars and addressing problems related to teaching the Arabic language.

B - Academic units:
1 ـ the library:

Library materials include the Arabic language and literature, with special attention to Arabic for non-native speakers. It also includes subjects: education and psychology, Islamic studies, and Arab-Islamic civilization.
The library follows the open shelf system.
The beneficiaries of the library are the academy's faculty members and students. Library services are also provided to researchers and students from outside the academy according to certain regulations.
The library provides reference, guidance, guidance, and selective research services, and provides external loan services to library members.
The library operates seven days a week (except official holidays) from eight in the morning until eight in the evening.
2 - Department of Educational Media and Technology:
This section aims to integrate theory and practice consisting of:
- The Educational Equipment Unit includes audio-visual devices, photography, and auxiliary means and materials in this aspect.
- Computer Unit: This unit currently includes a significant number of modern computers and is concerned with teaching the use of computers and employing them in teaching the Arabic language, and preparing programs for teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers.
